Materials
Clothing sits against the skin longer than almost anything else we own.
For that reason, we choose garments first for feel and durability, and only then for appearance.
We do not source a single uniform fabric across every piece.
Each garment is selected individually according to how it wears, how it ages, and how it rests on the body in daily life.
Natural fibres
Where possible we favour cotton-based fabrics, particularly organic cotton.
They breathe well, soften with wear, and grow familiar rather than degrade.
Synthetic fibres are used only where structure or longevity requires it — never for shine or effect.
Weight and structure
Most pieces are mid-weight to heavyweight.
They are intended to sit properly on the body, not cling to it, and to hold their shape over time.
Garments should wear in, not wear out.
Printing and embroidery
Decoration is applied with restraint.
We aim for markings that remain clear after washing and use, but never dominate the garment itself.
The intention is quiet presence rather than display.
Individual composition
Because garments vary, the exact fabric composition is listed on each product page.
